ADEPE uses GENDER ANALYSIS LEARNING SYSYTEM (GALS) METHODOLOGY as a community led empowerment methodology aiming at constructive economic, social and political transformation in gender relations. It focuses also on individual life and livelihood planning through individual diaries. This methodology helps in different activities like business development, avoiding conflicts at household level by sharing assets and decision making between spouses and children (household) and supported in economic activities.
