Grégoire Rucamumihigo is the Founder and Executive Director of ADEPE and has led the organization since its establishment in 2002. Under his leadership, ADEPE has grown into a respected national organization delivering integrated programming in human rights, child protection, gender equality, social protection, early childhood development, livelihoods, and community resilience.
