After joining ADEPE's farmer cooperative, Jeanne learned modern irrigation techniques and crop diversification. Her farm income tripled in two years, allowing her to build a permanent home and send all four of her children to secondary school.
Agricultural DevelopmentEmmanuel received business training and a startup grant through ADEPE's youth program. He launched a mobile phone repair business that now employs six young people from his neighborhood. He pays it forward by mentoring new program graduates.
Youth EntrepreneurshipConsolée joined a women's savings group supported by ADEPE. Within 18 months, she accessed a microloan to expand her tailoring business. She now chairs her local women's association and advocates for girls' education in her community.
