During the visit, the delegation toured the facility and observed how these services come to life in a real community setting. They witnessed positive realities, children accessing daily nutritious meals, engaging in playful learning, and receiving care in a safe, inclusive environment where even those with disabilities are fully supported and included. Caregivers demonstrated strong commitment, creativity, and a deep understanding of children’s needs, turning limited resources into meaningful learning experiences.

At the same time, honest conversations revealed key challenges. Caregivers spoke about the need for more specialized training in disability inclusion and the growing number of children compared to available space and staff. Sustaining consistent resources for nutrition, learning tools, and infrastructure also remains an ongoing concern.
